posted on 22/03/2007

ioimage has announced the release of the ioicam xptz100dn, an IP pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) camera with autonomous tracking capabilities. Joining ioimage’s line of ioicam intelligent video cameras, the xptz100dn is an all-weather, day/night camera with built-in analytics that delivers cost-effective security automation over wide areas. Brivo Systems, LLC, has announced that Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport uses Brivo’s ACS WebService to ensure full access control to the aircraft operating area. Protection One, a nationally authorized reseller of the Brivo solution, won the contract for installation and maintenance. At any one time, the Brivo system manages more than 2,300 active security cards being utilized by airport and related personnel as well as service providers to airport businesses.
