The RTLS solution provides indoor locating systems enhancing lone worker services by overcoming the lack of coverage from GPS satellite and mobile networks within buildings. Peoplesafe provides lone worker systems to clients concerned for the welfare of their lone workers who can be located on large sites. Lone workers on these types of sites can suffer from slips, trips or fall as a result of their environment or task. They may even become ill during their working day. Locating an incapacitated person in these types of situations may be impossible if they are indoors as GPS signals will not penetrate brick, glass or metal structures.
