Sunell installs Pixim-powered security cameras at Kunming Airport in China

Kunming Wujiaba International Airport (KMG), located in the southeastern outskirts of Kunming City, handles some six million passengers annually. It was one of the airports used by participants and spectators attending the Beijing Olympic Games. Originally built in 1923, the airport has been renovated numerous times into a modern facility that ranks as China's seventh-largest civilian airport. Sunell Group, a provider of security and surveillance system products in China, has installed approximately 200 Pixim®-powered security cameras in China's Kunming Airport. 2020 Vision installS new surveillance equipment at the Royal Victoria Infirmary hospital

2020 Vision has begun its major contract with developers Crown House Technology to install new surveillance equipment in the new PFI extension at the Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI) hospital. 2020 is tasked with setting up 130 cameras as the development takes shape, in a contract worth approximately £408,000. As well as the new surveillance contract within the extension, 2020 has secured a second contract direct with Newcastle NHS Trust, one of the largest hospital groups in the UK, to replace the existing CCTV system which currently operates within the RVI, with the second contract worth approximately £415,000. The contract for the revamp of the existing surveillance equipment is on top of a £240,000 contract with Newcastle NHS Trust for a new Trust wide Smart Card access control system.
