AMG Systems integrates Ethernet, low speed data, audio and high quality uncompressed video into a single fibre optic transmission system, with the launch of the second generation Guardian-LiteT 3700/4700 series. The patented technology is suited to wide area CCTV systems, including highway incident management, transport infrastructure surveillance, campus environments and perimeter security. The drop-and-insert 3700 series and the point-to-point 4700 series share AMG's unlimited collection node and dual redundancy technology. In the event of catastrophic damage to the fibre optic cable, the AMG equipment automatically re-routes the video, data, audio and Ethernet signals to maintain connectivity. Bosch Security monitoring system keeps Campinas citizens and visitors safe

To help bolster crime-prevention efforts, the Campinas government has partnered with Bosch Security Systems to create a high-tech monitoring system designed to keep both citizens and visitors safe. Located in the Brazilian state of São Paulo, Campinas is a city, a county, and a home to more than one million people – over 98 percent of whom live in the urban region. Campinas is a rapidly growing industrial and financial area of Brazil, the processing and distribution center for a diversified agricultural region, and a major transportation hub. The security system is managed centrally through the new Center for Integrated Monitoring, where six to ten specially trained members of the municipal police force monitor the traffic and urban areas around the city. Identicom monitors Council lone workers in potentially hazardous situations

Middlesbrough Council has purchased Connexion2’s Identicom for protecting its lone workers. Acquired through the Council’s contractual partner, Community Ventures, Identicom is providing staff with peace of mind, knowing that they are being monitored in potentially hazardous situations and can discreetly summon help if threatened. Eighty Identicom units have been supplied to Community Ventures by Bold Communications. The units are being monitored by Community Ventures 24/7 manned control room using Bold Communications’ MiniBold Windows-based monitoring software, which informs operators when a red alert is triggered and who has activated the alarm. The operator then listens in, records events and will list procedures to be followed. Identicom looks like a normal ID badge but contains alert function buttons.
