Business Development Manager - Manned Guarding - London
| Job description: | Our client is a South London based company established three years ago with the aim of providing high quality security staff. Due to the expansion in recent months of the company they are in a position to cater to all requirements nationwide. Their services include Retail security officers Reception Staff, Crowd Management, Mobile Patrol, Commercial Security Officers, Car Park Attendants and Security Training. They are members of the BSIA, and SIA approved contractors. To continue the company’s growth they are currently looking for a Business Development Manager. The role itself will involve primarily the sale of manned guarding services and where appropriate utilising technology based security solutions. The company specialise in mid-market contracts but are happy to handle any contracts that are serviceable and profitable. Candidates should be familiar with the entire sales process beginning with initial enquiry or lead finding, through to presentation, tendering and closing the sale. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable with a consultative sales approach to produce a tailored cost effective package for the client. A background in manned guarding sales is essential for this role.
