Global Operations Manager
| Job description: | A global online business has a vacancy for a Global Operations Manager to lead their fraud team. You will set the vision, direction and strategy for the three teams. The teams cover business in Europe and Asia and you will be closely involved with the American operations. You will establish policy to ensure that fraud risk is mitigated. You have responsibility for achieving SLA’s with the relevant business partners. This is an exciting role within a crucial area of the business and offers good challenges, career progression and a competitive package. You should have strong leadership skills and experience in project management. Experience within operations, fraud and customer service are desirable. |
