UK Regional Manager

This manufacturer of Access Control and Video Systems is looking to enhance the European Sales team with a Regional Manager who will have responsibility for the UK & Ireland business region. Reporting to the European Sales Director the successful candidate will posses excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead and motivate a small team of like minded professionals. He/she will have a proven ability to work and succeed in a competitive sales environment and be responsible for managing the sales and business of the company manufactured CCTV and Access Control systems to independent distributors and integrators as well as the company’s contracting businesses. The role calls for an electronic security systems specialist with knowledge of either CCTV or Electronic Access Control. Also considered would be exceptional individuals with the capacity and ability, to quickly and effectively learn. Main responsibilities: • To deliver sales targets across product groups through personal sales achievements and through the UK sales team. • Increase the brand image and awareness of manufactured products across the customer base of the company’s contracting businesses and 3rd party integrators and distributors. • Act as the primary contact for Senior Directors from our major UK based customers. • In support of the Sales Product Training Manager, arrange, oversee and deliver product training to contracting business sales and design people. • Offer support and advice on products. • Carry out demonstrations and presentations to end-user customers and consultants, directly, or on behalf of, the independent distributors, integrators and the company’s contracting businesses. • Ensure that our customers have access to and are using all available services, tools and products. • To feedback to the company management, information that affects the company’s International business. • To liaise with other Regional Managers, Product Managers and Sales people on major sales opportunities.
