| Job description: | The role - Meeting and greeting on one of the three Receptions at a Blue Chip Company office in London (City). Visitor management. Show an awareness of security risks when working on the reception desks. Answering calls and processing room booking's using Datacraft and Agilquest. Carrying out room checks when required. Carry out ad-hoc team administration tasks when required (full training provided). Provides a 5* level of service to visitor's who pass through the companies reception areas. Skills - Polite and courteous communication skills with clear diction. Must be smartly attired in a suit and shirt at all times. If male, a tie must be worn. Previous Reception experience essential. Need to have excellent customer service skills with a willing "can do" attitude. Basic knowledge of Word and Excel ideally. Previous experience using the Datacraft room reservation system. |
