National Operations Manager
| Job description: | Retailer seeks an Operations Manager to manage, develop and enhance the Loss Prevention Service offered to the Retail and Logistic functions. Assisting the Head of Dept to develop the appropriate service levels for internal customers by recruiting, managing and motivating direct reports. Conducting reviews, ensuring business and personal development objectives are in place and providing suitable training and development activities. Management of budgets, producing Business plans and assisting key clients to achieve their annual leakage budgets. Identifying causes of loss by investigation and use of Business statistical information. Identifying solutions to reduce loss and recommending appropriate action to clients. Effectively managing Central Support team and development and monitoring of database to support Regional team. An excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to join this established and expanding concern. Ideal candidate will have experience in Retail Loss Prevention at a similar level.
