| Job description: | Job Title CCTV & Access Control Service Engineer Experienced security systems CCTV & Access Control Service Engineer is required for a company based in Surrey and will be responsible for working on high-end contract within London and the South East. Our client is part of a PLC and has recently acquired an independent installer in Surrey where current changes to this long-standing business are being made for the better. Our client aims to improve an existing business that is flourishing with new and innovative ideas for the future. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced security systems engineer who is seeking a challenging new role with an expanding organisation. The successful candidate will come from a strong back ground within the CCTV & Access Control industry and be seeking to advance further within their career as this company grows from strength to strength in the coming years. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering the South East and parts of London on a range of public and high-end contracts. In return for hard work and commitment the successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary based upon their skill set, company car allowance, overtime & call out allowance and a structured bonus scheme. Required Skills · Have worked within electronic security installation/service for at least 2 years, your current role should be within the industry · Installation, Service and faultfinding experience with CCTV & Access Control, this is a necessity as you will be working in this area · Have the ability to service and fault find on CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Door Entry Systems · Intruder Alarms – be aware of British and European standards, using a wide range of manufacturing products such as Menvier, Scantronic and Galaxy · CCTV – Ability to fault find on a range of cameras such as static’s, domes and PTZ’s, experience working with Dallmeier systems an advantage · Access Control – Experience with PC Based and Standalone systems, also have experience with Swipe Readers & Cards, Proximity Readers, Biometric Readers, Controllers and Locks · Has worked on Video & Audio Door Entry · Holds a professional engineering qualification such as City & Guilds 236 or relevant industry experience · Has worked with IP Technology · Must Hold a UK Driving Licence If you are an experienced CCTV & Access Control Engineer seeking your next career move with a company that thinks out side the box please contact Swordfish Resourcing with a recent CV.
