5 year hardware warranty for the TRU650 Biometric Access Control System

Integrated Biometrics has announced a 5 year hardware warranty on the TRU650. The warranty is to assist companies looking for a reliable biometric solution and for those struggling with underperforming biometric physical Access Control Systems (ACS).
The TRU650 Biometric ACS secures physical access with a centralized database providing real-time control and record of activity. The TRU650 is a live finger biometric solution in use around the world with site locations that include financial institutions, police stations, data centers and healthcare facilities.
Due to the technologies of Integrated Biometrics’ polymer-based Light Emitting Sensor (LES), the fingerprint reader is resistant to common contaminants (i.e. grease, moisture, dirt), is extremely durable, works in direct sunlight, and is immune to known spoofing techniques resulting in high levels of usability and security.
“Most of the warrantees that do exist in the biometric ACS industry are for one year or less,” according to Mike Grimes, President of Integrated Biometrics. “Here at Integrated Biometrics we are raising the bar! We want to let our customers know we believe in the quality and reliability of our product and the 5 year hardware warranty tells them that.”
