Djigzo partners with Comodo to provide email encryption and authentication solution
(01/09/2010)
Djigzo has teamed with Comodo to provide an easy to use email encryption and authentication solution. As a result of this collaboration, the Djigzo email encryption and authentication gateway will be able to interface directly with Comodo's managed Enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (EPKI).
A fully automated certificate request procedure allows an organization to obtain trusted signing and encryption certificates for all gateway users without any user intervention, through its Djigzo server. By interfacing directly with Comodo's managed Enterprise PKI, large organizations that need personal certificates for all employees can now automatically obtain the required certificates without having to use complex procedures for requesting certificates.
"Comodo email encryption certificates are automatically recognized by most email servers and clients,"said Martijn Brinkers, CEO of Djigzo."This is especially important when digitally signing all outgoing email. Using Comodo certificates makes the Djgzo products even more easy to use for both end users and system administrators."
Djigzo is an email encryption gateway that is fully open source. Djigzo is available for free by downloading from the website www.djigzo.com. Sources and documentation can be downloaded for free. Djigzo advocates that the open source model provides the best value for its customers.
"Enterprises and customers alike expect secure email transactions to send and receive information from any computer with protection from identity fraud and an experience to be hassle-free," said Melih Abdulhayoglu, Comodo CEO and chief security architect."With this partnership we hope to leverage our strengths for the benefit of the customer creating peace of mind and trust online when emailing any document from anywhere."
