SitexOrbis becomes a member of the Telecare Services Association

People and property protection specialist SitexOrbis has become a member of the Telecare Services Association, the body that promotes and sets codes of practice in the UK so that people who are long term sick, elderly or vulnerable, can live independently in their own homes.
The move is to support health and welfare alarm monitoring from the company’s new state-of-the-art alarm receiving centre in the north west of England.
SitexOrbis director Anne Carter said: “TSA membership will demonstrate our commitment to high standards of provision, staff training and telecoms procedures.”
Other services provided to the vulnerable and to victims include anti-social behaviour support-lines and lone worker protection. These are also backed by 24/7 operator response, 356 days a year.
