Kingdom Security acquires FSG Security, Guardian Security and Firewalker Events

Kingdom Security Ltd has announced the acquisition of FSG Security PLC, Guardian Security and Firewalker Events Ltd.
FSG / Guardian Guarding Contracts include NHS, Education, Public Sector, Logistics and Retail sector Contracts, with services including guarding, mobile patrol, key holding, remote monitoring and cash in transit contracts. Firewalkers Events contracts include prestigious events including Football, Music Festivals and Local Council Events.
The acquisition is in line with the Kingdom strategy to complement organic growth. The FSG/Guardian/Firewalker acquisition and its team are an excellent fit, and an important strategic addition to Kingdom.
They will be integrating the key management team, security personnel, technologies and complementary strengths to deliver a high level of service and customer support.

74 UK wide Guarding contracts/ 380,000 annual hours
252 Key Holding contracts
123 Mobile and Lockdown conracts
240 staff (excluding events staff)
£6 million turnover
