Pelco has announced the integration between Pelco Endura IP Video Management System with iView Systems iTrak incident reporting and management platform.

Pelco management says the integration between Endura and iTrak allows the iTrak system to log Endura alarms and diagnostic information. Further, a seamless transition between the iTrak and Endura user interface allows operators to access recorded video on the Endura system in building incident reports and case files.

“This new partnership integrates video security, incident reporting, automated-guard response dispatching, and visitor management, into one easy to manage security solution,” says Terry Carver, Pelco API Business Development Manager.

With the ability to easily and seamlessly scale from a handful of cameras to thousands of cameras and dozens of operators, Endura has emerged as a leading IP Video Management System for security applications according to Pelco management.

iView Systems management states that iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management Platform has been a staple in the gaming industry around the world for years. With the ability to interface to various systems throughout the enterprise, iTrak can consolidate metrics and inputs from various systems and present a unified picture of the entire operation.

“This key release of the iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management System in conjunction with Pelco Endura video management, delivers complete integration for security and video surveillance environments,” said James Moore, iView Systems Vice President.
