The new Tacsight SE 35 handheld cameras provide night vision capability for civilian and paramilitary surveillance, detection and protection applications. Tacsight SE 35’s powerful surveillance capabilities enable the user to effectively detect a person from a distance of over 650 meters and a vehicle from about 1300 meters.

This lightweight thermal camera enables rescue forces and law enforcement to conduct nighttime perimeter surveillance of sensitive sites, including national borders, pipelines, oil terminals, power stations, communication transmitters and prisons. Tacsight SE 35 allows law enforcement personnel to observe heat signatures of people and objects, detecting minute differences in temperature, thus distinguishing people from their immediate surroundings.

Tacsight SE 35 is distinct from conventional night vision equipment, which requires light/special illuminators that can be incapacitated by atmospheric obscurants such as dust particles and smoke. An optional RF link is available to allow video to be sent to other people so they can be kept up-dated on the current situation.

Tacsight SE 35 provides a portable, affordable and effective solution in detecting possible threats to security or assistance in searching for people or objects.
