TagPatrol wireless alarm system designed to replace mobile security patrols
(26/06/2009)
There is firm evidence including Home Office crime statistics that recessions lead to an increase in break-ins and theft and it’s not just residential homes affected but increasingly commercial premises. Equally, for commercial survival, organisations have to examine ways to reduce their expenditure on security without leaving their premises vulnerable.
Tag Guard have just introduced TagPatrol – a new wireless alarm system derived from their tried and tested TagAlarm range of equipment and specifically designed to replace mobile security patrols.
Commenting on this new product, Richard Lang, Managing Director of Tag Guard Ltd, said, “It’s worth bearing in mind that mobile security patrols typically last about 10 minutes per visit, which means premises are really only covered between 20 and 40 minutes per night.
“At all other times premises are highly vulnerable to break-in and theft; we believe our new TagPatrol will provide a highly effective, low cost alternative to mobile patrols.
“With TagPatrol, companies can replace costly and sometimes unreliable mobile security patrols with an advanced wireless external electronic alarm system that will help secure their premises for up to 108 hours per week. It’s quick and easy to set up and install and, in keeping with these uncertain and difficult economic times, there is just one low cost fixed monthly fee and no minimum contract period”.
Tag Guard say that a key benefit of TagPatrol is that it can be backed up by their own 24-hour remote monitoring service which means Tag Guard can react instantly to any incident – alerting key holders, the police or other emergency services.
