Cryptzone Secured eFile delivers data loss and information leakage prevention

Cryptzone has announced the release of Secured eFile 4.0, an enterprise level file encryption solution that delivers data loss and information leakage prevention.
The file encryption solution works with Cryptzone's Simple Encryption Platform® to provide transparent, policy-driven and granular encryption of files and folders on corporate servers, enabling a complete end-to-end encryption solution.
Secured eFile is a centrally managed, policy-based file encryption and collaboration application which delivers the ability to secure data for individuals and groups without the need to exchange certificates or utilize so called "phone-based" passwords. The file encryption solutions works with all types of files including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents as well as database data files.
The application also boasts the ability to track all user activities making it a perfect tool for organizations that have the need comprehensive audit trail for regulatory compliance and eDiscovery requirements. Secured eFile integrates into the existing workflow and is completely transparent to users, applications, databases, and administrators enabling seamless integration thereby reducing operational costs and freeing up IT resources.
