SkyRecon Systems has announced that Fortasys has joined the SkyRecon Alliance Channel Partner Program in the UK. With headquarters in London, Fortasys is an independent company specialising in IT security, high-availability and business continuity solutions for medium and large enterprises.
“Fortasys maintains a rich network of partnerships in complementary areas. Endpoint protection, especially data loss and data theft, is a growing concern from our customers and SkyRecon and its StormShield solution will bring us the unique opportunity to deliver complete endpoint protection with a single, lightweight solution,” said Iain Airey, Sales Director at Fortasys. “This partnership enables Fortasys to offer customers business-enabling solutions relevant to their individual needs based on top-notch technologies.”
The SkyRecon Alliance Channel Partner Program features StormShield®, a proactive, multi-layered and integrated solution for system protection, data protection, and access control providing: host-based intrusion prevention (HIPS), system firewall, anti-virus & anti-spyware, application control, device control, data encryption, wireless security, and network access control (NAC).
The lightweight extensible StormShield client framework provides for future enhancements to be included, allowing StormShield to quickly and easily adapt as the business, IT, and security landscapes continue to meld and change. StormShield is sold exclusively through the SkyRecon Alliance Channel Program.
“Fortasys has a significant position in the UK market by providing a high level of quality and customer service,” added Emmanuel Fretti, EMEA Vice President of Sales at SkyRecon Systems. “We are very happy to partner with Fortasys as we have adopted a common approach based on delivering each business with a tailored endpoint protection solution.”
