Providers benefit from iConnect’s suite of management applications and diagnostic tools, offering real-time monitoring en masse, mass remote management, maintenance and status check as well as on and off site configuration. With the GPRS version of iConnect, providers also benefit from the unique advantage of conducting remote firmware updates.

iConnect is suitable for partners such as monitoring and installation companies, value-added distributors, property developers and service providers. The solution also enables partners to increase their brand presence at customers’ daily life as all system components, web interfaces, emails and SMS notifications may be privately labeled and utilized as an advertising platform, increasing customer reach, enhancing brand image and maximizing opportunities to communicate marketing messages.
