Kaspersky Lab has announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with Civica Services. Combining products with Civica’s expertise with large healthcare, public sector and education organisations, Kaspersky Lab will grow revenues and market share in these sectors.

With offices throughout the UK, Civica Services is one of the leading providers of consulting, software and services for the public sector and works with local government, criminal justice, social housing, education, healthcare and defence, as well as regulated services including legal, pensions and utilities.

Partnering with Kaspersky Lab, Civica Services delivers the Kaspersky® Open Space Security™ to public sector organisations at up to 50% off the list price. Additionally, higher education establishments working with Civica benefit from further discounted pricing through Kaspersky Lab’s Chest listing. Civica Services also benefits from the service and support Kaspersky Lab provides to all of its partners including technical support and a dedicated account team.

“Public sector organisations face the same threats and challenges to their IT network security as commercial businesses”, comments Simon Geach, Sales Director UK & Ireland with Kaspersky Lab. “Kaspersky Lab has achieved success in the public sector and now, working together with Civica, there is great potential to capitalise on an even wider market reach and further grow revenues for both companies.” He continues, “Customers will benefit from the peace of mind that comes from a combination of industry leading endpoint protection technology, matched by superior service and support.”

Ray Guidice, Director of Strategic Sales & Relationships, at Civica Services stated, “Kaspersky Lab has an excellent reputation and an exemplary track record in delivering anti-malware solutions. Based on its consistently high levels of performance it made perfect sense to add Kaspersky Open Space Security suite to our portfolio of services. Together we are able to deliver even the most complex public sector IT network infrastructures with the most scalable and comprehensive protection available on the market today.”
