Magenta Security Services has created a new, senior management role to improve customer services. The new appointment coincides with the launch of their new website, which has been designed to develop the business whilst supplying current customers with vital information.

Mr Khan, has been appointed Night Manager, a position that ensures customers can always reach a senior member of staff. Kahn has more than 20 years experience within the security industry managing security at several major retail centres.

The new magenta website www.magentasecurity.co.uk has been created as a business development and customer service tool, providing in-depth knowledge of Magenta’s capabilities, whilst updating current clients on all the latest products and services available.

Abbey Petkar, managing director, Magenta: “Many of our key customers are night workers, whilst they had regular contact with our guards and control centre, meetings and updates with senior managers were often difficult to schedule. The appointment of Mr Khan provides continuity for the customers and a focused customer service message. The response to this service has been overwhelmingly positive from clients as they look forward to the benefits he will bring, with his experience in security and management.”

“The new website will back up this new customer service initiative, allowing us to reach out to more clients and provide all the information they need from initial sales contact to ongoing contract work.”
