Loomis acquires Brinks' UK cash handling operations

Loomis AB, Securitas' cash handling services division, has through its subsidiary Loomis UK Limited acquired Brinks' cash handling operations in Great Britain. Purchase price is approximately MSEK 15 (MGBP 1.1).
The Brinks' UK cash handling operations consists of 350 employees, whereof 260 in England and 90 in Scotland. The operation has annual sales of approximately MSEK 180 (MGBP 13) and comprises of cash transportation and ATM services.
The acquisition will be consolidated in Loomis from this week.
