Salto wireless electronic locks on TV drama

SALTO Systems has been asked to help Tiger Aspect Productions, one of the UK's leading TV and film production companies, to replicate a modern, boutique hotel for its new drama programme ‘Secret Diary of a Call Girl’ that will air on ITV this autumn.
Played by Billie Piper – Doctor Who’s former time travelling assistant - ‘Secret Diary of a Call Girl’ is the story of a high-class call girl working in London. The programme will tell her story from the summer of 2003 to the autumn of 2004. During this period Belle, the nom de plume of the call girl, recorded her day-to-day adventures in a frank, funny and award-winning web diary – a sort of high class hooker crossed with Bridget Jones.
As the drama begins filming and to help create the look of a modern boutique hotel set, SALTO has supplied the production company with its XS4 networked electronic handle sets in an antique bronze finish.
XS4 is a new range of e-lock and access control platform that provides a totally wire free networked electronic locking solution with a great range of features. It brings high security, ease of use and automatic locking, offers an extensive range of material finishes and handle styles to choose from, is DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant and is fire tested and approved for 1 hour (RF60, DIN).
