Octavian Security expands its operation into Lincolnshire

Octavian Security is about to expand its East Midlands operation into Lincolnshire, and is looking to recruit over 130 security professionals. Octavian Security is currently in talks with a number of leading Lincolnshire organisations with a view to securing contracts in the region.

Octavian is also in the process of looking at offices in the region to establish some physical presence, and is actively seeking security professionals of all disciplines to fill the 130 positions which are expected to begin in early February 2004. The positions about to become available are expected to include posts in the retail and industrial site security sectors.

“Our current activities are showing that there is a huge gap in the Lincolnshire security market for professional, yet flexible security firms,” explained Octavian Security managing director, Sukhi Ghuman. “To fill the vacancies that we are expecting to arise in the coming months, we are looking for committed security officers, who we can then develop internally for the specific security posts that they will undertake. We have built our success to date by providing clients with well trained, professional security officers, and we achieve this with continued intensive staff development, offering our employees careers as opposed to irregular, casual positions.”
