Lloyds TSB Bank Signs Collaborative Agreement With Bell Security
(21/03/2003)
Lloyds TSB Bank and Bell Security Ltd have signed a collaborative agreement covering provision of electronic security services for the bank’s branch and other premises. As such, Bell will act, on a rolling contractual basis, as a single supply partner for provision of systems and service relating primarily to intruder alarm, access control and CCTV technologies. Bell’s supplier relationship with the bank extends back some 12 years.
Alan Arthur, Lloyds TSB’s Head of Architecture and Technical Services signed the agreement with Pat Curran, CEO of Bell Security’s parent, Bell Group plc, at the bank’s City of London headquarters in Lombard Street.
Alan Arthur said: “We are delighted to be working with Bell and hope to develop our collaborative relationship for mutual benefit in the near future. Their wide experience and clearly proven capability suggest that this can only lead to success.”
Pat Curran said: “In our sphere of business, opportunities to work in this way with key customers do not come about without the existence of a great deal of trust and confidence. It is very significant, and gratifying, to see our working relationship with Lloyds TSB taken to this new level.”
