Interoperability and stronger security for single sign-on to be delivered by Nok Nok Labs and Softex

Nok Nok Labs and Softex, professionals in Enterprise Single Sign On (ESSO), Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Protection (Self Encryption Drives) Solutions, recently announced their strategic partnership. The two companies will work together to ensure seamless, full interoperability on an ongoing basis between Softex’s ESSO solution and Nok Nok Labs’ Unified Authentication Infrastructure.

“Softex customers have come to rely on us for our innovative security software products and solutions for all computing devices,” said Apurva Bhansali, CEO of Softex. “We saw a tremendous opportunity to work with Nok Nok Labs based on their focus to provide high end enterprises with advanced secure authentication. Large enterprises, technology providers and end users can greatly benefit from our relationship. As we move into a more robust security environment, our integration will give customers the most seamless experience to securely log into all their systems and applications.”

For technology providers, enterprises and OEMs, annual costs of password management can add hundreds of dollars per user and has become a complex problem.

Softex will integrate with Nok Nok Labs’ client software in order to deliver a combined solution that allows for flexible delivery between the respective offerings to meet individual customer requirements.

“Based on their focus on eliminating the cost and risks associated with managing multiple passwords and their 3 million licenses shipped worldwide, we are proud to announce Softex as our partner,” said Phillip Dunkelberger, CEO of Nok Nok Labs. “Softex is committed in building relationships with world-class OEMs, resellers and distributors around the globe and we look forward to working with them and their partners to deliver a world class authentication solution that protects against increasingly sophisticated online threats and deliver more functionality.”
