Located on the grounds of the Edith Cavell Hospital site, The Cavell Centre, Peterborough’s new mental health unit, is part of the £335 million Greater Peterborough Health Investment Plan (GPHIP). Cannock Gates Limited was contacted by Poole resident Asher Nardone in 2008. Asher, single mother to two boys, is one of a number of long-suffering neighbours on Poole's Rossmore estate. Eighty five per cent DIY outlets staff offered shoddy advice on lock requirements

Commissioned by the Master Locksmiths Association (MLA) a recent mystery shopper investigation found that 63 per cent of staff in some of the UK’s best known DIY outlets rated poorly when it came to lock knowledge; while only 15 per cent of ‘shoppers’ would rate advice received as satisfactory.
