Spam accounts for 96% of all emails(06/11/2007)
According to SoftScan, the amount of email stopped as spam by SoftScan during October was 96.10%. Although the highest levels of spam seen at the weekend, when there is less business email, have not risen significantly since last month, the spam levels during week days have remained consistently high. Spam still acounts for 90% of all emails(03/07/2007)
According to SoftScan, spam levels are back up in the nineties, with 90.06% of email scanned during June classified as spam. Spam levels fluctuated throughout the month and some days saw levels drop to 86%, but SoftScan concludes that the most likely scenario is that there were just less customers in the spam shop on these days.
