Card-not-present fraud increases by 18 percent(06/11/2008)
According to APACS, the UK payments association, Card-not-present fraud rose by 18 % in the first six months of 2008. A leading member of the Information Security Awareness Forum (ISAF) has issued a further warning after cybercriminals ordered a laptop on credit and had it delivered to her home in an attempt to carry out a fraud.
